Nice flat ones on these A-bodies. I am going to make some new ones out of Masonite and cover them with leatherette vinyl. Post yours up! I would love to see some ideas. I am going to do something custom with the armrest/door pull to modernize it a little.
 
I'm following you here. Have been thinking about doing something similar instead of paying about 700 to replace my panels in my barracuda

I hear ya! No way I can afford to do that. They all need to be redone (front and rear) so may as well customize since it will cost almost the same. I am going to buy bulk vinyl and do the dashpad to match.
 
No pics here as I'm planning on making some myself sometime this year. I'll definitely be following this tho!
 
I have the same plan whenever I get to that point. Excited to see what others have done...
 
yeah i just took mine to a local upholstry. simple but just fine for 100 bucks
