So I used a cutoff wheel and removed the dash with the windshield in the car from underneath. Just zipped off the nut clips and it came right out. Any problem with reinstalling it with the screws on the bottom?
Dremel tool with a cut-off wheel works good.My back is starting to hurt just thinking about grinding all the screws out !
How were you able to get the die grinder up to them ?

HA! It's always easier when somebody else does it. Of course, drinking all the beer while he's up under the dash can be kind of a workout too.Friend did this, not that hard. Cut the clips in half
When I think of how much trouble this is going to be, and how long it will take, I think I'd pull the windshield. If you totally cut and slice the gasket as you go, there is virtually no chance of cracking the windshield. You will have to buy a new gasket, but I bet it will be easier and take less time in the long run.
