remove key cylinder with out key
I pried off stainless steel cover with flat blade screw driver. It came off relatively easy.
I drilled a .172 hole approximately 1 inch deep - reference picture hole was located on top where cylinder is thicker on the key slot. Used a drill press/mill and put in vise with V block to hold steady. Ran drill at fast speed and low pressure so it would not grab.
Followed that up with .291 drill - these are just the size drill bits I had handy.
after that I was able to remove what was left of the lock cams with a pick
It popped out easily and I put in new key assembly - had to turn plastic piece on bottom to line up the the tab on new key cylinder
