Some auto parts stores,hardware store, menards, Home Depot.
It's a 2 part mix in twin tubes for easy use.

If one mounting tab broke, nothing will last unless backed with a thin
Sheet metal or aluminum backing. Best to have it soldered or brazed for a vibrating mount area like that. I assumed you were repairing
