Engine paint question

Prepping your block is key to getting a long lasting result. Clean it several times before painting. I use lacquer thinner and an old white t-shirt. If you think it's clean enough, clean it one more time before painting with a clean t-shirt and see what you pick up. I used Eastwood engine paint on mine. It went on well and dried to a hard as a rock finish. Still looks wet days later.
