Update
Once I navigated the rats nest under the dash and did some testing, I discovered a PO had bypassed the turn signal switch for the brake light circuit. (Probably when the switch **** the bed). After I un-F'd the wiring harness I tested the switch and it proved faulty. Installed new switch scored on eBay and VIOLA! Everything works as it should. Thanks to
