1994 dodge Dakota 318 into duster, will it work?

hi I'm downgrading my duster from 440 to 318 and was wondering if a engine out of a 1994 dodge Dakota Scotty fit into a 1974 duster? What might I have to change? Will the trans fit? Thanks
