1994 dodge Dakota 318 into duster, will it work?

I want to use the complete engine and trans out of the Dakota. It only has 30,000 miles and the trans is a automatic with electric overdrive. It's in a dodge Dakota Scotty which is a super rare three axle rv kinda like the little toyotas. I realize from from research that I will need to get a In take and carb. I will probably add headers but can use the exhaust manifold that's on it. I figured the 318 would work I'm just wondering if the trans will fit too.

If it's an (A500) 42RH trans it fit fine without mods to the tunnel on my 73 Dart, but it does require modification of the cross member under the trans because the A500 is longer. (it's not too bad)
The shift linkage usually works fine and you are going to need an 80 inch speedo cable.
There may be an output shaft yoke issue, but there is very little info on them that I can find.
