thanx for the positive reviews, I always liked the 64 Thunderbolts so this is my A Body take on it.
I moved the battery to the trunk and grafted in the 4" tubes to the rad support. Inlets are behind the park lights out of sight. Had to drop the alt and the A/C pump to make room for the tubes. A Spectre air box 16"x 4" sits on a FITech 600, on top of a Edelbrock Air Gap. I had to drop the dropped base another 3/4" but now there is 3/8 clearance to the hood. Not sure why guys are having trouble with clearance with Air Gaps, maybe difference between Dart and Formula S hoods. I think the trick is to be wider (16") to have room to drop it without hitting the linkage. The FiTech will read out inlet air temp so it'll be interesting how much cooler it'll be with the tubes connected and disconnected. Need some hot weather to check that out. Larry
