727 Transmission shield

Never installed Hughes Performance transmission shield for a 727 transmission any body style I picked this up with some other parts and I don't need this. This is an older style compared to what Hughes is selling now but I don't know how old. Both pieces are aluminum, and there is no hardware or instructions but may be able to get from Hughes. Hughes sells this for over $250. I am only asking $125 + shipping, The two pieces weigh about 10 lbs from Grand Rapids Mi.
