I love the big coil-over.

Kudos to Bob....I know he has been building and selling them for years .

Try as I might, I could never get that geometry to work. I better pay attention!

I can't say enough about the quality of his parts, I know he has been refining this kit for a long time.

Funny how his k frame fit better than the stock one that came off:D

I would like that Stan, progress is slow especially doing everything mostly by myself.

Clearanced the areas needed for the coils and once the paint dries I can start bolting everything together.:glasses7:

Upper control arms

Bobs nice homemade 6061 aluminum bushing to replace the bottom urethane bushing that comes with the shocks.

Installed the 11.75 front rotors, anyone know where I but the dust shields & castle nut. :eek:ops:

What's nice is installing the parts and being able to finally get rid of all boxes they came in, which means more room to work....

Florida vacation is over so back to the car......

Measured up the diff and dropped it off at the chassis shop for narrowing, so I painted some parts.

Front calipers....

Rear.....

I just came in on your thread 5/2/14 and I have to say that you are an artist Megajolt! There is not possible way I could even attempt to do the things you are doing. Maybe if I had an empty garage, a rotisserie and 10 years could I do that.

Great Job!

Jason

This Dart is gonna be a head turner!

Nice job!
Denny

Not much to update, kind of lost my motivation...

Last thing I did was rebuilt the front calipers and prepped some parts so i can paint them, just to damn cold right now.

I might have missed where the Dana came from. And a shop did it for you? Which one?

Hi Paul, how are you doing? Good to see you still hanging around here.

Dana came from the States with the help of Ink, and Rob from diversified metal works did the shorting work.

How amI doing? Well, and thanks for asking! A little stiff and sore with the cold, but hey Im no spring chicken anymore plus the other thing dont help lol. Reason I asked about the Dana is I know my 8 3/4 wil be a time bomb behind a big block.Im looking for anything Dana, one from a truck will do. Then once I have a Dana the 8 3/4 will be up for grabs.

Well time sure does fly, finally got the bug back and started back at it. Mocking up the Dana for proper pinion angle so started bolting stuff together.

Need get the tires where I want them in the wells and check the offset for the drive shaft, then load the suspension.
