Man.. He is hard to understand... His English, Flat Out Sucks....And he's been in the US for 40 yrs...LOL
Don't EVEN try to talk to him on the phone....
we have a lot of different ethnic groups here - and when they call in with issues, it is TOUGH. More than once I have had to ask them to put someone else on the phone because I cannot understand them...
