Why does Dodge go cheap with their steel?
Mines an '05 (see rust pics) 130K. Sits out 365 days a year. Had just a small splash guard in the front of the rear wheel. The rest all open in the well. Nothings forever, not even Fords or Chevy around here. Seen many with rotted out rockers and wheel wells. Guess I'm learning body work this summer, LOL.
Heard of Ziebart? Had my '89 Ramcharger "rustproofed" by them, their "best" application. When I started to see rust bubbles in the paint in front of the right wheel, I brought it to them. They gave me a refund and that was that. Guessing they just bank on you trading cars.
