Why does Dodge go cheap with their steel?

Where ever you live, don't move. I see 20-25yr old GM's every day on the road. Fords from the 90s are becoming a rare sight, and old Dodges are non-existent. I can't even remember the last W/D Dodge I saw on the road. I'll see an old square body Ford occasionally. An old WD Dodge is generally seen rusting behind a barn around here and the inspection sticker is from '97.

back home ( old home) in Missouri, plenty of older dodges, and all brands, on the road every day... because people can't and sometimes won't pay the stupid prices of new trucks!! me included. ( can't and won't if I could!) ha)....
