Nose shot, haven't had time to trim the windshield or drill side markers yet. I'm also having lots of issues with all of the lights aside from the headlamps. Trouble shooting time....

Trimmed the front and rear glass today and we went for a spin. I do have functioning brake lights (when the running lights aren't on) & hand signals are legal here so it was fairly uneventful.

Very strange electrical issues on this car, now I have brake lights but no signal flashers when the headlamps and parking lights are off. When I turn the switch on I lose a brake light on a random side. The signals have completely stopped working. I still have no instrument lights after replacing the switch (twice) and adding grounds to the cluster.

My gauges all work, and I have power on the orange wire at the "clock" connector behind the gauges. I have even removed the circuit board and checked all the pins for tightness, and they are not shorting to the housing.

When I adjust the dimmer switch my parking lights dim.:wtf:

I will try replacing the signal cam this week, although I did have all the signals working at various times during the past month.

Oddly enough, swapping to a new electronic flash pot instead of thermal pots made things worse.

Currently at 42 miles on the restomod

Last week I replaced the worn out rear springs with new "factory height" 6 leaf springs but it looks like I'll have to either get lowering blocks or different front hangers as the back end is way too high now. The wheel gap has got to go!
