74 Dart Wiring Help Needed

I have a 74 Dodge Dart Custom 318ci V-8 RWD Automatic transmission. I need suggested wiring harnesses for all wiring and advise on the torsion bar suspension. The car leans alot while turning I've replaced the shocks and leveled the adjustable ride height. So do I adjust else where and/or do I have things to replace? The car is all original!

While the T-bar suspension is adjustable, it wasn't designed to shuttle the ride height around. It was designed to adjust for a normal wear. The ride height is only correct over a very narrow range.
If you are experiencing a lot of lean, there is a good chance the anti-sway bar is not working.
These cars were never set up for an aggressive driver. If you need more anti-lean, then you are looking for increased spring rates, increased sway-bar rates and most importantly adjustable shocks.
So to get you going there are about 4 or 5 factory sizes of bigger T-bars than yours . But AFAIR, only the one S-bar. You will also need to upgrade the rear springs at the same time, to avoid a bad situation. And once you get that sorted, the tires will give up, and you will be skating all over the place.
I am a sreeter, and have had good success with the 1.03 T-bars, a 1.125 front bar, no back bar, HD rear springs with a second main leaf, 235/60-14s on the front and 295/50-15s on the rear. I installed the problem solver offset front UCA bushings to get some decent caster, lowered the entire car, and got a custom alignment with near zero bump steer. You do not want to know what that cost me.
Then you will want to gear the car to where the rpm is sitting on the fat part of the torque curve, so you can control where the rear of the car is going, using throttle control, or if an automatic; throttle against brake, as may be necessary. With the A904 auto this is at least 3.23s and the stall will need to be around 2800 minimum. With 3.55s you can get away with about 10% less stall, so 2550 minimum. With 3.73s maybe 2450 minimum. By 3.91s a 2300 will do it.

So long story short, this is a couple, to several, to many Gs to rectify. And it all depends on what makes you happy.
Depending on what shocks you installed, you may be part way there.
