Well, i spent all night after dropping that plug in the engine trying to figure out where it went. I got up early figuring that i was headed towards pulling the engine but opted to give it one last look over on a more clear head. It turned out that it landed between 2 pushrods, what a relief! I was able to pull the manifold and get that plug installed, and sure as **** 67lbs at idle! It sounds great too! Im still a couple of days away from getting driving but thats a huge weight off my brain. Thanks again for everyone's input, its been priceless.
