As for the difference between the dart and barracuda side panels, the dart ones are flat on top whereas the barracuda has a slight curve to it.

The chrome spears are separate and not cheap. The ash tray holes have to be opened up a bit. Only flaw is the holes for the lights are too big. I got some big snap rings to hold them in, but you can only remove them with the panel removed.
 
I have a used set That need a bit of work. They where on the sight for sale, I think someone with fiberglass skills could get them looking good. I'll send pictures if you want. I'll check if still listed in sale column
 
They are stIll listed they need a bit of work. (search convertible rear panels dart). Laysons chrome strips are a little shorter than stock I got one at Carlisle last year.
