Changing 2 speed wipers to variable speed wipers help

I have a 1970 Dart Swinger 340. What parts are needed besides the wiper motor, harness from the wiper motor to bulkhead connector, and switch? Does the linkage and pivots inside the car have to be changed as well or is it compatible?

The wiper motor crank is three speed specific all other linkage is the same.

The harness end that the switch plugs into will not fit a 3 speed switch. It has to be changed and wired different...I have a 3 speed harness on mine and it will not match a 2 speed switch. If you have a 3 speed and want to trade harness ends, let me know as I am looking to change my 3 speed harness switch end to a 2 speed.
