I'm not sure about the clearance issue with headers. I figured it would be easier to change plugs and wires before the headers. Are the Taylor wires good to use with headers?
Side note: I work at a company that makes metal products out of raw materials. We mostly do Car parts. Even thought we do extensive quality control, every once in a great while a bad part (not necessarily meaning faulty) will get by. Keep in mind though we are producing millions of parts per month.
