Jeg's SUCKS

Always had equal service from both Jegs and Summit. I spent a lot of time on the phone tracking down parts info not listed as to see what I can utilize. I usually get a guy on the phone that actually races, mostly Chevy guys...but as soon as I shed a lil info on my project and situation, and the details let them know that I know what in talking about/I'm a builder ... they perk up and offer every bit of help they can.
I mainly go to Jegs, then summit to see if they have it cheaper, its always a trade off...they switch which has the deal, that's how they both stay in biz..
Things have gone up price wise in general, millennials are moving into customer service positions they aren't raised correctly to qualify foror perform well in, they don't have the grit and have weak character, they are entitled and give the vibe that its just a job...and they like to work/aka do their job well.

Don't Piss on the company, Piss on the times we're in....
