Understood per say but the road is private and they will not issue citations cause there is no posted speed limit! We don't have a HMO but we do have a road association. Living on a orivate road has its advantages. The disadvantage is jack asses that don't live on the road usually. Highly unusual it's someone who lives on the road doing that crap.

You are correct, law enforcement won't do dick. Even if they could, I doubt they have time and resources. But bet your *** if you do something to him, they'll come have a chat with you.

I actually had an incident with a woman speed internet down our road while I was walking my dogs. After she sped by one way, I stopped her on the way out.
