I would like to get rid of it. Am I wrong in thinking that overcenter spring hangs off the pin that sits in the bracket... or is there a readily available "hanger" that is available?
Just looked at the 70 service manual... Seems the pin and bracket were replaced with a "hook". So that is what I need! This is my first 4-speed mopar... not trying to be ignorant, but it just comes naturally I guess!
