If all your steering related parts are in good condition and all the front end bushings and ball joints are new (or checked good) then somebody F'd up somewhere.
And, by the way it is getting more and more prevalent that people can't do the job they are getting paid for.
About the only thing I can trust anyone else to do on my car is change tires on rims, and 50% of the time they F that up.
