65 170 post with a 273-2 and a column shift 904! Cool stuff. Welcome to FABO toolmanmike

Have 65 (vert )as well, under construction.LOL 4 speed conversion, with Magnum V8.
Just love 65-66 Darts. Period.
 
You have your work cut out for you that's for sure.HUMM, Hydraulic rockers,273 in 65 ?? Maybe replaced with a 318 at some point.

I hear ya.....
5.2 magnum roller cam, engine,swap from injection to carburetion out of 92' Dodge
Dakota.+ suspension upgrades.
About a year a way.......lol.

That motor is a 273, I swapped out the slant 6 many years ago. i have a 360 to be built to drop back in. I am surprised that for how long and where it was sitting that it is not worse. Although it may get worse LOL.

That's pretty bad. Might want to consider something better to start with, unless you have fab skills, and welding.

I have steel available for the project, was going to use 14 gauge. A mig welder, but i think i will have the most trouble with is forming the metal to make it look decent. i'm looking for what will work not so much original restore.
