What clay bars do you guys use to remove water spots and oxidation?
Also, what is a good lubricant to use with the clay bar?

A clay bar won't remove water spots and oxidation....you'll need a compound and elbow grease for that.....
I use a clay on my paint AND glass with either detail spray or lightly LIGHTLY soapy water to remove tiny micro dirt particles etc. ..
Clay bar after a good wash...never before. ....then dry with a microfiber towel. ..
They make a big difference. .....

I went with the Mother's Showtime Detailer Clay Bar kit a few months after Hurricane Katrina. It was a LOT of work but well worth it in the end. It also made for a kind of funny story.
A few years back, I got hit up to get my car into {then} Mopar Enthusiast magazine. In the last hours before the photo shoot, I used the Showtime Detailer spray that came with the kit to get old Slimer looking his best. The photographer asked for some shots sitting on my hood and I refused ... but he was successful in getting me to sit on the fender. My car wouldn't cooperate though -- the Showtime Detailer had made my paint sooooooooo slick the only way my *** would stay up there was to prop my shoe against the hood pin!!
Anyway, the stuff is highly recommended. Find a good shady spot and get to work!

Any brand is fine....Mequires is good...

Theres one company that owns the patent to the formulation for the clay bars and everyone uses it. The part that matters is the detailer or lubricant you use.

Meguires is good, lucas also makes one and ive heard the chemical guys products are great.

I use Chemical Guys. I cannot attest to them being better clays than other brands though. What I can attest to is using ONR - "Optimum No Rinse" for lubricant. Worked better for me than the couple of clay specific lubes I have used.
And using it for machine washing microfiber towels and "water-less" car washing (Cali here too) is a bonus. I haven't used a hose on my cars in a couple years now.

instead of the clay i used this on my jeep. does the same thing as the clay. did an incredible job...
