I'm changing it to a Jaguar power steering rack. it's not a requirement but I live in the south east where there is too much traffic on our tiny roads.
I had a '68 Barracuda many years ago and although I was fine with LHD it never really felt right.
I knocked up a bump steer gauge to see what the rack would do being different dimensions to the drag link and found that it actually improves bump steer. not perfect but good enough.
the engine can be centralised for more clearance on the right hand side and kits are available here to build your own steering linkage.
