Too bad you weren't in Vegas April 21-23 for Mopars At The Strip!
Have breakfast at The Coffee Cup in Boulder City and drive out to Hoover Dam and take the tour.
Tour the Shelby facility just off the 15 Fwy toward the southern end of Las Vegas.
If you like some good BBQ, head on out to Memphis Championship Barbecue on Warm Springs east of the airport.
You could also drive up to Zion National Park in southern Utah, it's only a couple of hours north.
