5 Speed For My 340?

I am currently in the process of dropping the transmission out of my 1971 Demon and looking to replace it with a reliable 5 speed. I will be changing out the rear end as well so looking for something compatible with a 8 3/4. Wondering what is out there that would be a good fit?...
