Is this cam too wild for power brakes?

I just bought a Challenger with a 340 4spd. It has x heads 10:1 with a pretty wild Lunati 10200705 Voodo cam:
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 284/292

• Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 242/252
• Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .533/.552
• LSA/ICL: 110/106

I'm having trouble with power break boosting or lack there of and I want to know if this could be caused by cam or is this in the booster?
