You can expect these unique special Mopars to be parked together at the Summit Racing Mopar Show on May 28th......along with a couple of other surprises. 416 Duster, Two Hemi Demons, Hemi Duster, 410 Dart, 440 Duster, 383 Duster and 340 Cuda.

Same day as the Nostalgia Drag race event just down the turnpike at Quaker City. I'll do both.

In the past, Summit had a knack for scheduling their Mopar event on the same day as the Junction Auto show which drew about 400 cars last year.

Junction Auto in Chardon, Ohio is June 11th this year so hopefully some of those 400 cars will make the journey down the road to Akron....besides the parking is better at Summit.
 
Looking forward to this event. Too bad my a body isn't welcome :( I could put a Plymouth or Dodge emblem on it :lol:

You forgot to mention that Summit is 5 mins from your house.
Yep. already entered the Junction show. Free hot dogs and burgers. What's not to like?

Joe Pappas called and verified that he will be attending with our group.
He is bringing the Mopar Missile Duster Wire Car. Come and hear it run.

Gee, I sure hope it doesn't rain but if it does....Put the cars in Ross's building, open the doors, turn
on the lights, light the bonfire, break out the food and alcohol. I even have a designated driver.
 
Wish we could have more shows like this. I would love to see some of the cars I have read about
over the last few years all in one place locally. Anybody else planning to go?
 
I've been putting out phone calls, emails and even texts to get people to come to the show.....hopefully word gets around.
 
Some people won't go to a show unless they can drive to it in 15 minutes. I will usually tow up to a couple
of hundred miles to do a one day deal like this and as much as a full days tow for a 2-3 day weekend event.

I hope there's a lot more people like you that are willing to travel some distance.

My Accuweather for Akron says (right now but it's been changing all week):

Saturday - 75F, Some sun, then clouds, warmer.
Sunday - 76F, Mostly cloudy with a thunderstorm.
