Timing goes crazy after 3000 rpm

I think MSD is multi-spark up to 3000 RPM. Your initial timing may be set, seeing the second spark that is more retarded than the first, when it stops, the first spark may be more advanced, and beyond focus.

I am no MSD expert, so take what I say lightly.
