Converting a manual brake switch to a brake pressure switch wiring

This all started putting in new carpet I was converting to a brake pressure switch from a manual switch now checking all my lights I have no brake lights or running lights turn signals work I noticed a spark when feeding the wires through the fire wall from the manual switch but all the fuses are good ????? I bet I cut something trimming carpet ?? or behind kick panel I'M SUCH A DUMB ***
