Looked at a '70 Dart & found some water under the trunk mat. Where would be the most likely source for that? I'm guessing rear glass?

I'd take a look at the trunk seal and also the right under the rear glass starts to like to rust out. Dustin

You can find most leaks by running a hose on half stream. Make sure the trunk is dry. Start from the lowest point first then work yourself up. Going round various places where you think it might be coming inside the trunk.
If you think it's the glass ... take some baby powder and sprinkle it around the glass gasket... packing it around the gasket to glass area. Using compressed air and a nozzle blow around the gasket on the INSIDE of the car. If you see a puff of powder blowing up in the air you've found your leak.

Also know that if you have the vinyl top trim it can leak around the screws that hold it down.
If you remove the nuts inside the trunk you can silicone or calk those and put the nut back on without removing it all.

If not the trunk lid seal... Since they never painted the underside of dutchman panels and package shelves, You might crawl in the trunk with a flashlight and find evidence/a rusty trail.

I have a 71 duster outside I am working on.. get this... with a full tarp covering the whole car, I find puddle of water in truck floor after good rain!!!!

Tarps seep

you have to be right, it is a sorry plastic type I hate to think what a good canvas tarp would cost IF you could even find new! ha I know, build a roof over it..... will do!!
also, ... the 68-70 B BOdy had a bad design for the trunk lid/ ... I never seen one yet with a new seal that did not leak BAD! I know, put a roof over it!
