I rebuilt my booster on my 69 B-Cuda in 2015. I got all the parts from "Harmon Classic Brakes"in Valley Glen Ca. (818-787-7081)

Midland boosters seem to be like hens teeth.
Be advised their are two sizes of midland boosters, a 6 1/2 in diameter, and a 7 in diameter. They are not hard to rebuild. It was harder to find pure synthetic grease. I only had to take it apart twice. Best way to check for vacuum after rebuild is to hitch up to another cars vacuum system. Their is also a core charge on some of the parts. You don't have to take the whole system apart, you can remove just the booster from the bracket, and rod. no adjustment either.
My 69 has power drums, and it was the 6 1/2 in one. My 67 B-Cuda has fac disc brakes and it has the 7 in booster. I believe that is the difference.
Bygblk Yours looks like a Midland, can't tell the diameter tho, just measure it. Hope this info helps.
