Another Way To Search Craigslist

-
i use statewidelist.com
that does the same thing, but allows you to search by state aswell

I wish CL would get off their "we know what's really really best for you" and allow wider searches. It' completely stupid thinking

Ebay was a minority stockholder in Craigslist (until 2015)....they shut down the old searchcraigs service because it was infringing on its 'global' Ebay model. But Tempest is still getting around it, just with a few outdated links. search on!

I gave up on Search Tempest because I find most of the ads it finds are expired. I tried the Statewide List, but never got anything but E-bay results.
What I do is just go to Craigslist and pick a city. Then I do a search of "All for sale" rather than just "cars and trucks". This allows me to find parts as well as cars. Then I copy and paste this into the Craigslist search:

(1963|1964|1965|1966|1967|1968|1969|1970|1971) (dodge|plymouth|chrysler|imperial|mopar)

Using that search it pulls up all the Mopars and Mopar parts from those model years in that city. Then its easy to just pick another nearby city in the upper left of the page without changing the search. By jumping city to city, I can cover an entire time zone of the U.S. in a single evening and see all the cars and parts that I might otherwise miss using Tempest.
