Stock Size Manual Fuel Pump Outlet Fitting or 3/8 to stock adapter

Need a stock size fuel pump outlet fitting (assuming 5/16 npt?) or an adapter to use a 3/8 npt fitting. Previous owner appears to have tried to bend the barb to where it looks like its almost occluded.
