Right quarter window replacement

Last Saturday I had my 68 Barracuda fastback sitting in the driveway so I could do some cleaning in the garage. It was a hot sunny day and I had all the windows rolled up. After about 4 hours I heard a loud bang that sounded like a gun shot. Went out to the driveway and found the quarter window shattered. No visible signs of impact and it was still intact until I touched it. Then class all over to clean up. Problem, what is the best way to replace it. I have a service manual and it seems to be of little help. Did a search on the site and inter-web and did not find much.
Pulled off the soft panel and could easily get at the forward bolt, but the rear one I can not get at. Any tips or tricks would be a big help.
