Who to buy a set of heads from??

I think any one of us would see or feel a bad valve job any day of the week without any fancy gauges? Any one of us would probably pop a valve spring off and go yes! Or no! - ??

BTW...I've seen a head with every intake valve bent and they didn't leak. So you can get a valve sealed and still not have a good valve job.
