That's a Hurst Dual Gate, also referred to as a "His and Hers" Shifter. I was not aware they were ever offered in a Mopar. I know they were offered as factory equipment on Buicks, Pontiacs and Oldsmobiles, but I've never seen anything about them in a Mopar.
Course, that sure doesn't mean anything. LOL
