Not in my book either! What size radiator is it?? 9070 is a 26", 9073-74 are both 19"!
Mine either, are you sure the number is correct.
Here is a sight I use. But there is no "2949072" on it.

Not in my book either but it looks like a rad shop recore where they soldered that number tag onto it. I bet the original stamped number is underneath that tag. I had a 74 Duster a couple years ago I got from a local junkyard that had the original rad in it and the number just hadnt been seen yet by the experts as the car was a bit of a rarity.

294 starting numbers means its a 69. Im guessing pick up or van being its not listed in any of the muscle car info.
