They kept saying "waiting on centers to be built..." Then no contact since spring. Credit card was charged when I ordered them. Any way to get my money refunded..?????

I believe you can dispute the charge on your card. Or back charge it. Just tell the credit card company you were charged and never received the goods. The card company then goes after centreline for the money. I believe. Could be wrong. And there could be a time limit on it.
