1966 Plymouth Valiant 100 four door sedan

Front clip is nice with a fair grill & new fiberglass bumper ( but no brackets).
Quarters have small rust holes at very bottom.
No engine, three speed manual, yes it still has the pedals.
Seat covers are shot.
