If you base your car on it weighing 3300lbs?...you only need 500fwhp to run 11.0's assuming the rest of the car as in the chassis is up to that power. How hard is that with a just a 440. Its all in the heads, say 280cfm@.500" with a cam to match + an 850>950DP, you can do it on 10:1 or less. All depends on what "YOU" call streetable. ....add a bit more cam for around 530hp puts you in the 10.7's at that weight. A 451/470 with TF's and a nice solid FT is the way I would do it for 550+hp its a super combo.... you could probably do it with just Eddys and a HR at around .600"....my 2C's
