New guy in FL

Hello all. Have found lots of good info here already. Figured I'd join up. My 17 yo son and I are fixing up (not restoring) a '73 Scamp 318 for his daily driver. 64,000 original miles. Little rust. Interior not bad. Cracked head. etc.

My list includes first car 71 Charger 318, then 72 Duster 383, 78 Aspen 360. Nothing rare but have had lots of fun. Read the Direct Connection books way more than school books in high school. Been out of it for awhile. Now he caught the bug. Soooooo here we go............

We're having a ball.

Thanks all. Will upload more pics soon. Car came with 360 heads (Un-milled) so that's what we're rolling with. Had them shaved .040, 3 angle etc. etc. Comp Cams 250/260, Lift .432/.444 cam, springs, timing chain. Already had Performer 4 bbl intake and carb. Will swap out the factory single exhaust for nice duels, no headers. What do ya'll think? Remember 17 yo first car. Haha.
