Adjustable Roller Rockers

adjustment advice is all over the place.Some suggest 1/4 to 3/4 for .045 and as nm9 says it's not that critical.The internet also says tighten until you feel no clearance.
I've never been able to feel it myself and never found it easy but still i have adjusted a few with no problems.
