Tie rod is only for left & right steering. Could be strut rod?

With the lack of more information I would say the upper control arm adjustment bolts are not tight enough
tie rod ends are shot ,backing into driveway tire hit fender , thought about cambolts they look good but will look into them more

Your first post said moved forward. Now I'm thinking the tire has moved outward. Which direction is the tire going?

Dropping out of this post. Good luck. Hope the fender is not bent too bad.

No pics, lack of clear info, impossible to say at this point. good luck

Strut bushing gone ... all I have

If you know that the front end needs attention, rebuild the whole thing, top to bottom, so you have a solid foundation to work from. Do it once, and do it right.

Did you just purchase this vehicle or have you owned it for years. With the limited info that you have provided I would suggest doing a complete front rebuild kit. We have a array of kits that from a basic kits to super kits in either rubber or polygraphite. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
James
