I think the early versions 2008ish made a touch more power. I can check the original cam when I get home. Looking at them now, mine came with BG, 825 cfm mighty demon, h beam scat rods, and forged ICON pistons. Now it has hyper pistons, i beam rods and holly 750. My Dyno sheet says it made 467hp and 510ft lbs. which seemed about right. They ran it with headers while i run stock 340 exh manifolds. The engine had definitely been run before I got it. The one thing that bugged me was I like the kevco oil pan that was on it, but the dip stick missed the oil in the baffle and the crank snapped it off. The pan has a plug to determine when its full so no biggie to me. Also the drainfor the pan is outside the sump area so it leaves about 1/2 a quart of oil in it when doing and oil change. I just welded in another drain in the sump area.
