Maybe. We'll see. I have to be at the doc the following Thursday. I wanted to move the appointment but important people said NO.

I haven't been to Woodburn in probably 25 years. Beautiful drag strip, clean well-maintained. (Everything my local strip, Pacific Raceways, Southeast of Seattle, is not.

Me and the dart will be there, she ran a 9.96 in good air two months back. Small block 340 strocker all motor.

Nice! Super pro!
I put in a 318 and a 904 an got it up to a 14.4 - 14.7 for my wife to give it a try when she's ready.

loved it every time
go if you can
it will be hot so stay cool

Last time I was there was 98 I think ?
Would love to go , but don't think I can make it.

I typically go with my dad every year. I should get a swap meet booth, we have a bunch of stuff to sell.

Bring your sunscreen. For some reason that place is +5 to sun burns.

I'll be there starting Friday for the whole weekend with the Washington LX group. Won the LX race Saturday and went to the sportsman race finals on Sunday last year. Bringing the dart this year, might have my daughter drive down the challenger and let her race that.

I'm thinking about all 3 days also.

I'll be there with the '63 Dart on Sunday. I'm getting a swap meet spot to get rid of a bunch of Mopar stuff. My wife is going to race her 2012 Avenger.

Well we've decided to just camp Saturday night and just do Sunday. There's no racing we're interested in before that.

I was surprised to find an invite in the mail from Woodburn, the other day. I haven't been there in over 20 years! Who does that? Great dragstrip, well-run, well managed. They really bend over backward to make your stay pleasant.

It would be nice if Saturday was a little bit more accommodating to the kinds of cars that will be there on Sunday. I mean they do have a test in tune Lane but unless you're in high school or do you have a 4-cylinder car or you have a junior dragster or you have a truck or do you have a stick shift pretty much the test and tune Lane is only thing you're going to do on Saturday.

That kinda sucks! We will be there Friday night and run with the outlaws ,do some test runs on sat and hopefully go a bunch of rounds on Sunday. Camping all weekend see you there. Rich

I was thinking about going out Friday night for the outlaw drags but I just had nothing to do there on Saturday. So I figured I'd just come Saturday night and camp.

Well, good news, bad news. Good news, I'm still going. Bad news, I won't be taking the '63 Dart. We'll either just take my wife's 2012 Avenger or my 2013 Dart. The master cylinder on the '63 Dart crapped out on me today going to the Rust-O-Rama in Salem (they gave out just as I was getting parked at the show). I have absolutely no brakes at all. I'm not going to have the time to get it taken care of before next Sunday. I just did brakes (new shoes, drums, wheel cylinders and springs) a few weeks ago. I should have done the master cylinder and brake lines too while I was at it. Oh, well, but at least I'll still see you all there.

Mine was like $20 a few years ago.
Old turkey baster to suck the fluid out and some paper towels to get it dry out of there. 4- 1/2 inch nuts on the firewall and two brake lines, then do in reverse with new one. Then find somebody with a pulse to pump the break for 15 minutes while you start at the back passenger side and work your way around bleeding. 1 hour max! You've got one hour. Let's see that 63 there if you lived closer I'd already be over doing it.
Take my comment with the grain of salt. Just trying to encourage....
