Speed Daddy Headers on Ebay?

-
Ehhh. You can't put a price on a good set of headers. I would stick to a brand that you know. Those are probably some cheap headers made in China that fit like crap

If they were gonna knock off a set of headers why not knock off a set of tti or dougs instead of the low hanging plug shrouding cheep headers?

I just bid on a set, and there's a $20 coupon code to use at checkout. $188 bucks shipped. I paid over 700 bucks plus shipping for a stainless header kit a few months ago so if they don't fit and I have to cut them apart I'm still ahead. We'll see....

sure you can, about 500 bucks (dougs bought through autozone with 20% off coupon)

By their reviews even their Ford and Chevy headers suck. I bought Doug's from the recommendations of the guys on here. Besides TTI's everything else hangs low.

Kend.........I am definitely interested in your experience. My Duster has a set of e body manifolds on now w/TTI mandrel bent pipe to the rear axle and turned down. Think the headers w/b a nice addition, but would have to cut the TTI pipe to fit on the collectors. Please let me and everyone else know How these look and Fit

update us on those stainless headers. 304 is considered non magnetic but has a slight magnetic value. check 'em with a magnet. But I do like the #3 tube routing. Narrow A members may be able to route #1 down and back or over and down for an adapted header if they can get #5 tucked in behind the manual steering box.

They just came in so whoever is selling them doesn't screw around with shipping, CA to GA in 4 days. They look good, one piece tubes and somewhat polished. It'll be a while before I have the car ready to install them but I'll let ya'll know when I do.

They weren't kidding either, 2 headers in a plastic bag in a box....

I bought the speed daddy headers and installed them on my 69 Dart. They do hang low but they fit like a glove. Didn't have to beat on any of the tubes. Just fired the engine last week and broke in the cam, which caused the headers to discolor quite a bit. But, I kinda expected that to happen.

So what you are saying is that they are the same as any other of the cheap ones out there like flowtech, headman hooker competition.

Still think if they were gonna knock off a header why not a tti or dougs.

Well.... most of the cheap headers out there need to have to tubes beat all to hell to get to fit. Just stating that I didn't have to do any of that to get them to fit. If you want headers with more ground clearance then go buy the TTI's or Dougs. I was simply trying answer the op's question as I have some experience with them.

I don't know anything about this items quality of fit - just throwing a comment out that the eBay store location is in Rowland Heights, CA.
Rowland Heights and the surrounding area has a very high Asian population percentage so I'd almost guarantee that this is an offshore knockoff.

I've had headman and hooker cheapo headers and other then hanging stupid low never needed a dent to fit even with power steering. .

Lucky you. In my OE Dusters, the Hedman needed major work while the Hookers need 1 small dent at the P/S box, back and lower inside.

Best fitting generic 1 size fits all header I have had was from Summitracing.
No dents, dings, twisting or cutting. Slip right in and
GONE CRUISING!!!!
